Dear Parents/Carers,

Notts County Council have contacted us with the outcome and proposed changes to bus services from September 2027. The outcome of the consultation is not positive for National or our Families and services are planned to be removed to save the Council money. This will involve the removal of some bus services as stated in correspondence previously sent out. If in doubt, please look back at the information we have previously sent you.

Please take the time to read the letter attached carefully as it contains advice and offers of support, as they have also stated:

There will be other families who do not purchase a bus pass, but who use the bus on a regular or ad hoc basis and will not have received a letter from us. We would be grateful if you could share the enclosed letter widely across the school to ensure all families are aware of the proposed changes.

I will be liaising with our Trust, however, it does appear the decision to remove services which support our community has been made.
