Unifrog is an online careers and destinations platform used by The National Academy to support students and families with career exploration, decision-making, and future planning. It brings together careers information, post-16 and post-18 pathways, and application tools in one place.
- Exploring careers and job sectors through the Careers Library
- Researching post-16 options including sixth form, college, apprenticeships, and T Levels
- Comparing post-18 options such as university, degree apprenticeships, and employment
- Recording skills, achievements, and experiences
- Creating CVs and drafting personal statements
- Tracking applications and important deadlines
Students receive their Unifrog login details through school. Once logged in, students should:
1. Complete their personal profile to tailor recommendations
2. Explore the dashboard and suggested activities
3. Save careers, courses, or opportunities that interest them
4. Regularly return to Unifrog to update progress and goals

Parents and carers are encouraged to engage in careers conversations at home. You can support your child by:
- Asking them to show you what they have explored on Unifrog
- Discussing different pathways and keeping options open
- Encouraging regular use of Unifrog, not just at key decision points
- Supporting applications and preparation for interviews

The National Academy is committed to providing high-quality Careers Education, Information, Advice and Guidance (CEIAG) in line with the Department for Education’s statutory guidance and the Gatsby Benchmarks. Unifrog supports this by enabling students to access impartial careers information, explore a wide range of post-16 and post-18 pathways, and record meaningful encounters with employers, further education, higher education, and training providers. The platform helps ensure that all students are supported to make informed, aspirational and realistic choices, and that careers education is embedded, progressive, and inclusive for all learners.
